"When I called the office number for West End Window Cleaners Ltd I was put through to their very helpful receptionist, who explained that she would take my details and her manager would get back to me shortly with a quote for a one-off window clean. I received a swift reply and within the space of half an hour the manager had called me back and given me a quote and an appointment date and time for my window clean. When a gentleman arrived to clean my windows both inside and out he was well mannered and took great care when cleaning my inside windows. He chatted away and was very friendly.
